If you know absolutely anything about Executive Functions Skills Disorder, than simply be viewing the pattern/frequency of my attempts at blogging you will be able to see aha! whew, she’s got ADHD! to which I would reply….”Oh yeah! Severely!” I am going to attempt to share not only some key details about this most debilitating disorder, but also help debunk some myths that may be out there regarding ADHD. If you are also an adult struggling with ADHD, hang in there with me; please be patient as I WILL Forget to blog here and there, but eventually will remember to get on. ha ha. I have also been trainined and am certified as a Certified Clinician in ADHD, however, please remember that I’ve already forgotten everything so I have to go back and review it all, time and time again.

I am a Hispanic single woman, born and raised in the military lifestyle. Went on to become a veteran and an Army spouse. Throughout my life I have struggled with relationships, to include the most important, the one with my Father, God. I am currently working as a high school counselor, but am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and studying to take the Addictions Counselor exam for my LCDC. I want to help, encourage, and maybe through my many mistakes, help others, men and women.
